Counseling and Psychological Services is offering a handful of therapy groups and workshops to help Sacramento State students in a variety of topics and issues. Workshops run through next week on the topics of test-taking anxiety, healthy sleeping habits, study habits, communication and more. Therapy groups will continue to run throughout the semester and there are limited spots in each group.
